After diligent research, the Benefits Committee identified the need for a benefits increase for families of officers killed in the line of duty. Their efforts, along with Legacy Fund management and member sponsorships, assured the wisdom to move forward. Members are commended for their caring, service, and loyalty to the backbone-mission of our beloved Two Hundred Club.
As of Jan. 1, 2024: Family Benefits Paid to Families:
- End of Watch Death: $35,000 (previously $25,000)
- Birthday Gift / Child (to age 18): $500 (previously $300)
- 18th Birthday Gift per Child: $8,000 (previously $5,000)
